8a is too expensive. I'll happily keep my 6a until it decides to shit the bed. On a side note, how is the fingerprint sensor compared to the 6a? I have had such problems at times with it not detecting my finger. I had to take the screen protector off (and redo my fingerprint itself even) and it still gives me shit.

As a 34 year old man I've disabled Gemini on my phone. Completely useless. I must be finally turning into a Boomer.

I've been using Gemini on my pixel for a while now. The upgrades to it have been good , but I think Google needs to speed up the process in making it a full replacement for assistant. Not only should Gemini be able to be a full replacement it should be able to go beyond what assistant can do keeping in mind it is focused around AI.

What is the actual issue preventing its release? Is it UK only? UK and EU member states? What's the specific reason?
